The Galloway Gathering Project

The brief

I provided PR for the roll out of Galloway Cheddar’s, new purpose-led initiative with Scotland’s National Chef, Gary Maclean. The company partnered with the charity, FareShare Scotland, to provide 10,000 hot meals across Scotland during the month of May to help tackle loneliness and food poverty in Scottish communities.

Impact

I secured broadcast interviews on ITV Border and Greatest Hits radio and in addition, there was coverage in key trade outlets such as The Grocer, six local newspapers including the front page of the Glasgow Times, reaching an audience of more than 4m.
